It’s low cost, and it’s an excellent step forward for many enterprises. And today, we’ll explain ADP Aline system slightly further.
We’ll show you how to use it, so you load employee funds with ease!
Basics – Enroll to Aline Card
This guide will discuss integrating the ADP Aline system with your enterprise.
It’ll show you how to start.
- First, you can navigate the setup electronic “pay page” per employee.
- From there, you add in the information of who you want to enroll the Aline cards for.
- After that, you can choose to trigger automated electronic payments that take check writing off your hands!
- You do so by first going for the Paycard vendor drop-down menu.
- Then, choose “ADP” and after that click on “enroll new ADP card.”
- This’ll sign up your employees for new Aline cards, and with ease.
- ADP will alert you for any issues related to enrollment acceptance. But this isn’t a problem, provided you give out the correct information (don’t forget employee birth date).
Continuing the Aline card Setup
- It’s time to return the electronic payment page, where you’ll activate the new ADP card.
- All you need to do is open up the “proxy ID” field, then validate the new Aline card.
- And again, you’ll be alerted if any issues occur during the Aline card validation process. You’ll be issued a red alert that’ll prompt you to fix the problem.
Location Assignment
Creating ADP ALINE cards for employees isn’t enough. After all, you’re making the card for paychecks out of your business. So adding certain info about your business matters too.
This is the next step, where you proceed to assign the ADP card to a specific corporate office, or a special branch. This after all is where the employee will receive the ADP card for use later. And it’s where the mail man will deliver that card package.
And one more thing! As you add in location, you should also add in contact methods. It better helps validate the location. And it makes it easier to contact you if there are problems with delivering the cards!
Aline Card Approval
This is where you wait, and the system does everything for you.
The ADP ALINE card system goes through the approval process. During that time, the address will be checked based on what was entered. And if the address isn’t found or considered invalid, then the standardizing process will sound an error. However, do note that even with prompted errors, users can continue enrolling using addresses that aren’t verified by the US Postal Service.
Also, do note that tracking the ADP Aline enrollment process is easy. You can see the status of enrollment in progress. And you can choose to close during any specific point in-time.
You can check the status of your enrollment using the “updated pay card status.” Through it, you can contact the ADP service, where you can get immediate information on the progress.
After the ADP fully enrolls your card, you’ll be updated with the issued card. From there, you can check to see more information, such as the service representative who enrolled it.
Your employee will also be updated after the full card enrollment. This’ll be done through email, which will guide them through checking statements using their Paycards!
Processing the Aline Paycard
You have two Paycard processing options.
First, you can add a configuration, and that’ll immediately switch on the ACH bank account option. It’ll give you the ability to transfer and easily obtain account details from the ACH and ADP sections.
Your second option is loading funds to the card using a “funding run”. You do this by navigating the “pay bill” part of your enterprise. From there, the ADP card will go through the normal entry plus proofing processes.
However, instead of a regular payroll run, everything will go through the Paycard funding run.
Visibility & Accessibility
With all the previous steps, tracking is vital. Whether you be funding, or just receiving the card, you need an easy way to tell how everything goes.
This is easily done using the Wizard, and on your left-hand side. You can see where you are during funding at any given time. Also, when you look left, you can see the ability to start Paycard runs. This always starts by selecting the locations of accounts you’d like funded and validated.
Also, do note that tracking gives you other vital advantages. That is, you can easily quit/stop processes if you wish, especially for abrupt “payment-related” emergencies.
As you fund cards, you can navigate to employee record payment history pages. Then, you can check the funded card details!
